There is nothing better to do during detox compared to go to the shops and cure yourself. Or simply go for a sober day outside somewhere and soak up the sun for a teetotaller and practise teetotalism. You have to start using this new found freedom and additional cash to begin to modify. Weather that might be your appearance, routine or the actions you do. You need to modify and adapt to the new sober life stage in addition to in your body and head.
